User Postings

Governing Law; Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey without reference to the principles of conflicts of laws thereof.


Entire Agreement

The Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede all previous written or oral agreements between the parties with respect to such subject matter.


No Amendment Or Waiver

The Terms and Conditions may not be amended except in writing signed by both parties and no waiver by either party shall be deemed a waiver of any preceding or subsequent breach or default, unless such a waiver is in writing and signed by an authorized representative of Advantagenix.
